杨志敏,BET356在线体育投注网址教授,博士生导师,日本香川大学和德国利比希(吉森)大学博士后(JSPS和DAAD获得者)。长期从事植物环境胁迫反应、生理功能及分子机理的研究,主要方向为非编码RNA和表观遗传修饰调节环境非生物及重金属胁迫响应及调节机理及其与作物抗性之间的关系。近10年来,主持7项国家自然科学基金面上项目,主持并完成了863国家高技术研究发展计划1项,教育部博士点基金项目1项,参与十三五国家重点研发计划2项和863国家高技术研究发展计划1项。以通讯作者身份在国际期刊上发表SCI论文90多篇。参加国际学术会议10多次,包括2017年国际植物学大会(XIX International Botanical Congress, IBC),多次作大会特邀报告并主持国际会议分会。担任《Gene》Plant Genomics Section Editor、《Plant Gene》Executive Editor、《PloS One》 and《Agronomy》等国际期刊编委。累计培养硕士生80名、博士生共20名,其中包括国际留学生6名。2014-2022年连续9年被列入Elsevier高被引学者(生物学榜单)

主要研究方向

1. 环境与非生物胁迫相关的植物非编码RNA(microRNAs, siRNAs and long non-coding RNAs, alternative splicing of precusor mRNAs)及DNA甲基化等相关功能基因组学及基因功能的研究。

2. 植物重金属元素耐性基因的功能鉴定与分析,环境控制生物学及其应用。
